How to you know that you have a healthy general well-being? It is simple, self-assessment. But how do you asses yourself? Don’t worry below are the steps you can use. Good general well-being leads to happiness which is feeling good most of the time and working well in terms of your daily chores and activities and how your body functions.

This tool uses WEMWBS (The Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale) to measure your mental wellbeing. WEMWBS was created by mental wellbeing experts, and is often used by scientists and psychologists.
